I am so excited for you and all that will come for you by going through this guide! This guide is set up to help you create the faith-filled and realistic goals.

We will do a little reflection first, just to help remind you of what works and what doesn’t, before you set your goals. Then we will do a brainstorm of all the things you want to accomplish. And then we will focus in… then focus in some more. Then you will set some very specific goals and next steps to make it actually happen.

Typically, most of us are pretty good at dreaming up goals… it’s the follow through we struggle with. I hope going through these steps help you, like they’ve helped me, make dreams I never could’ve imagined happen.

And all this we hold before the Lord. “We may throw the dice, but the Lord determines how they fall.” Proverbs 16:33 He can do even greater things than these.

Here are few tips to make this actually happen:

  • Set aside at least 30-minutes to go through this. Pick a time and a space free from interruptions. That might mean waking up a little early or staying up a little later than usual. But having a constant stream of though is going to be so helpful. Pick the time of day that is best for you (example: If you are freshest late at night, do this then. If mid-day is your jam, then have a private lunch date.)

  • Do this with friends! Share this page with you friends and encourage them to do it too. Then start a text thread (even give it a fun name) and make it a space where you check in regularly on how you are doing on your goals!

  • Set weekly and monthly check-ins to follow up on how you are doing on your goals. I recommend Sunday nights or first thing Monday, so you start your week making space and having clear focus!
